Purchase agreement

To shop at Airmove AB, you must be 18 years or older. When you have placed your order, a purchase agreement is concluded between you and Airmove AB. An automatically generated electronic confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided in your order. If any change in price, delivery time or other important conditions should occur, we will contact you as soon as possible. Airmove AB reserves the right to make these changes afterwards and the right to refuse purchase. The seller has ownership rights to delivered goods until full payment is made.

Award

The stated prices always include VAT. The price stated in the checkout and the electronic order confirmation applies. If the price is adjusted on your order, you will always be informed about this and have the right to cancel the purchase or change your order. We report detected fake orders or other fraudulent attempts to the police.

Shipping

  • For purchases under SEK 500, a shipping cost of SEK 79 is charged
  • For purchases over SEK 500, shipping is included, with the exception of transport to the island. If transport is to be carried out to the island, please contact Airmove AB before placing your order.
  • Shipping costs that arise outside of our control, for example due to the accessibility of the customer, are additionally charged.
  • Returns are paid for by the customer (return shipping cost).

Unredeemed goods

For goods that are not redeemed but are returned, the buyer is charged the actual costs, for example shipping, plus SEK 250 to cover Airmove AB's administration costs.

Payment options

Airmove AB collaborates with Klarna & Shopify to offer flexible and simple payment solutions.

Klarna invoice

When you shop on invoice with Klarna, you always receive your goods before you pay. You never pay for something that's wrong or doesn't show up. The invoice's payment terms are 14 days. In the event of late payment, a reminder fee and late payment interest of 2% per month will be charged. In the event of non-payment, the invoice is handed over to debt collection.

Klarna Partial payment

You can choose to split your payment over 3, 6, 12, 24 or 36 months. You receive all your purchases on one monthly invoice with a postage fee. You can switch accounts at any time by paying a lower or higher amount than what is on your invoice.

Delivery

After your order is confirmed via e-mail, it is handled by Airmove AB as soon as possible, unless otherwise agreed with the customer. The delivery time is usually 3-10 working days, but we reserve the right to make changes depending on whether the item is in stock or not. In the event of a delay, we will contact you and you then have the right to cancel the purchase free of charge.

Delay beyond our control

In the event of obstacles beyond our control that delay the delivery, we disclaim liability for compensation. We are happy to help in the dialogue between you and our shipping partner to solve the problem in the best way.

The risk of the goods

In the case of a purchase made by a consumer, the risk only passes to the buyer when the goods have been handed over by the carrier.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery time

Normal delivery time is 3-5 working days (subject to final sale). For some products, varying delivery times apply. Due to circumstances beyond Airmove AB's control, the delivery time may in some cases be extended, for example in extreme weather, high load or strike.

Pre-booking

When pre-booking, we cannot guarantee delivery time and only indicate an approximate time. When pre-booking an article in combination with installation, the installation is only booked when the article is available according to the current waiting time for installation.

Shipping cost

The shipping price depends on what you order and how big it is. You automatically see the shipping price in your shopping cart and the price is adjusted if you add or remove products.

Package

Delivery takes place with PostNord / DB Schenker / DHL to the nearest delivery point.

Pallet goods

Delivery of pallet goods takes place directly to the specified delivery address. The goods are always left at the nearest place accessible to the carrier's vehicle.

Shipping damage

Transport damage that is visible on the packaging must be noted on the delivery note upon receipt and reported to the transport company and Airmove. Do not acknowledge receipt until any inaccuracies have been noted on the waybill. Transport damage that is not visible on the packaging must be reported within 3 days of receipt. It is always you as the customer who must complain and make compensation claims directly to the carrier. Keep all packaging.

Deviation/Remark

Any defects in the goods must be reported within eight days of receipt. Visible damage or faults and damage discovered after delivery must be reported to us within 7 days at the latest.

Right of withdrawal and open purchase

According to the Distance Contracts Act, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receipt without any particular reason. When using the right of withdrawal/open purchase, you as the customer pay the return shipping.

Return goods

Returned goods are handled in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act's right of complaint, which is valid for 24 months. The cost of return shipping is paid by the customer. Return goods must always be unused and undamaged. Airmove AB must always be contacted before returning.

Refunds

Happens in the agreed manner after the return has been received and approved.

Privacy and security

In connection with registration and ordering, you provide your personal data such as name, address, e-mail, telephone number and social security number. You agree that we store and use your data to fulfill our obligations to you. Airmove AB will never sell or share your personal data with 3rd parties.

Personal data controller

Airmove AB (556899-9691) is the personal data controller for the processing of your personal data regarding purchases at https://airmove.se/ .

Storage period

We only save personal data as long as it is necessary, after which it is deleted.

Your rights

  • Right to correction: You have the right to request correction of your personal data if the information is incorrect.
  • Right to deletion: You have the right to have your data deleted.
  • Right to limitation: You have the right to request limitation of the processing of your personal data.
  • Right to object: You have the right to object to processing based on a legitimate interest.
  • Withdrawal of consent: You have the right to withdraw your given consent at any time.
