Madelene Fahlstad is a school nurse in Norberg, north of Fagersta, and she has installed Airmove's products in two of her former homes. In her first home, a detached one-story villa with a poured concrete slab, Madelene struggled with cold and inadequate heating. The energy declaration indicated a red warning, which prompted her to contact Airmove. During a home visit, they recommended a heat pump together with the Airmove 1.1 heat mover to circulate air and heat between the rooms in the home.
When Madelene later moved to a townhouse apartment, she encountered similar problems. Here, too, she chose to invest in a solution from Airmove. In both homes, Madelene experienced after the installation of the heat pump and Airmove 1.1 that she got a more even distribution of air and heat in all rooms.
"With an air source heat pump, it does get warm, but the air does not circulate in the house. The heat exchanger circulates both air and heat in a completely different way."
Although today Madelene lives in a new two-story townhouse without an Airmove, she does not rule out the possibility of choosing their products again in the future. She emphasizes how satisfied she is with Airmove's products and services and points out that functioning ventilation is essential for both the family and the house.
Madelene is also grateful for Airmove's customer-oriented approach and explains that they find solutions that take into account both her needs and finances. She appreciates that she does not need to be an expert, but can rely on Airmove's advice and recommendations and that is why she has chosen them several times.
I completely trust Airmoves' expertise.
