Payment options.

Airmove AB has chosen to collaborate with Klarna to offer you as a customer flexible and simple payment solutions.

Klarna Invoice

When you shop on invoice with Klarna, you always receive your goods before you pay. You never pay for something that is wrong or does not show up. It is simple, risk-free and practical. Plus, you pay the full amount immediately, so it is out of this world.

To shop against invoice, you must enter your personal identification number. The prerequisites for shopping against invoice include that you are registered in the Swedish population register and are over 18 years of age. You must not have any payment complaints.

All invoices are transferred by Airmove AB to Klarna. The invoice's payment terms are 14 days. In the event of late payment, an agreed and statutory reminder fee will be charged. Late payment interest is charged at 2% per month. In the event of non-payment, the invoice will be handed over to debt collection.

Klarna – Part payment

Just like when you buy with an invoice, you receive the goods before you pay. You can choose to divide your payment over 3, 6, 12, 24 or 36 months. You know what your monthly cost will be – and you know when you have paid in full.

If you pay in installments, you will also receive all your purchases on a smart monthly invoice. This gives you a good overview and you only pay one shipping fee. Pretty convenient, right? You can also switch accounts at any time, by simply paying a lower or higher amount than what is on your invoice.

Delivery

After your order is confirmed via email, it will be processed by Airmove AB as soon as possible unless otherwise agreed with the customer. The delivery time is usually 3-10 working days, but we reserve the right to change it depending on whether the item is in stock or not. If the delivery time changes, you will be informed about this.

Delay beyond our control

Should our shipping partner encounter obstacles beyond our control and you as a customer are affected by delayed delivery, we disclaim liability for any damage caused by the delay. However, we are happy to assist in the dialogue between you and our shipping partner to resolve the problem in the best possible way.

The risk of the goods

When purchasing by a consumer, the risk only passes to the buyer when the goods have been handed over by the carrier.

Deviation/Note

If you find any fault with the goods, we must be notified of this within eight days of receipt. This may include deviating delivery documents or type/number of products delivered or other remarks on the delivered goods. For damage, broken packaging, so-called goods on the wrong route or other deviations that occur during transport, the carrier is responsible and must be reported by the recipient upon receipt of the goods to the respective carrier.

We do not assume responsibility for direct or indirect costs that deviations in delivered goods or performed deliveries may incur for the customer without written agreement.

You as a customer always have a responsibility to inspect the condition of the goods when they are delivered to your home. You report any damage or defects directly to the carrier and you will then receive confirmation that your goods are damaged. You save this confirmation. Visible defects or damage and defects or damage discovered after delivery must be reported to us within 7 days at the latest.
